Annotator guidance (Step 1)
In create/edit project Step 1:
- Instructions. Short inline text, shown inside the annotation UI.
- Reference link. URL to a longer doc (Notion, Google Doc). Annotators can open it from the annotation screen.
Step 2: Ground truth (GT)
After Next, you get Select or create GT.
GT is a rich-text guideline that defines correct answers and conventions. It is used as:
- Reference from the annotation UI
- Baseline for accuracy reports
Two tabs:
Select existing. Pick a GT already in the organisation. A live preview appears under the dropdown. You can leave this empty if the project does not need GT.
gt-selectCDN URL TBD

gt-createCDN URL TBD
Click Create project (or Update project). The project shows on the list.
Versioning templates
Every time you change an existing project’s task template, you must supply a new version name. Old batches keep the template they were uploaded with; new batches use the latest version. History is on the Batches screen via View task template.
