Delivery batches

Build a delivery from a source batch, preview stats, optionally mark tasks completed, and export CSV.

Updated View as Markdown

A delivery batch is a curated bundle of completed tasks for the client. Creating one does not change underlying tasks unless you tick Mark all tasks as completed.

Create and export a delivery batch (walkthrough)

Where to open delivery

  • Sidebar, then Delivery: all delivery batches across projects you can access.
  • Project tabs, then Delivery: this project only.

The table shows: name, project, source batch, created at, acceptance ratio, rejection ratio, status, and actions (View, Edit, Export CSV, Delete).

Create a delivery batch

Create delivery batch opens a wide sheet.

  • Delivery batch name prefills; you can edit it.
  • Select project is only in the sidebar view (implied inside a project).
  • Select source batch. Tasks come from this batch. Batches already mapped to another delivery are disabled and labelled “(Already mapped)”.

Stats preview

After you pick a source batch, four cards appear:

  • Ready (green): completed and reviewed, ready to deliver
  • Total (blue): tasks in the batch
  • Accepted (emerald): acceptance %
  • Rejected (red): rejection %

Use this to confirm you have the right work before you commit.

Mark tasks as completed

Amber card: Mark all tasks as completed. If ticked, BergFlow sets every delivered task to “completed” after creation.

Use it only when you are ready to hand off. Then Create delivery batch.

Export CSV

On a row, Export CSV. A progress dialog downloads one file with:

  • One row per task
  • All input columns (original values)
  • Extra columns you stored at batch upload
  • Output answers (cascading select levels as separate columns)
  • Bounding-box coordinates as JSON where relevant
  • Reviewer comments when applicable

When it finishes, the file downloads and the dialog shows success.
