Invites, signup, and login

BergFlow is invite-only. You cannot create an account on your own. A manager (or admin) in the organisation has to invite you first.

Receive the invite email

After a manager invites you, you get an email titled “You’re invited to Berg Label AI” from onboarding@berglabel.com. It includes your name, your assigned role, and an Accept invitation button.

Accept the invite

The button opens /invite/:token. Check that these look right:

• The email the invite was issued to
• Your name (if the inviter provided one)
• Your role (coloured badge)
• The invite expiry date

Click Continue to Sign Up.

Complete signup

The form pre-fills your invited email and, if we have it, your name. Set a password and confirm it.

After Create Account, you are signed in and sent to the dashboard.

Sign in later

Returning users land on Login. Enter email and password, then Sign in.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link in your inbox.
