Fields

Field	Required?	Description
Project name	Yes	Display name.
Client name	Yes	Client this work is for. Used in reports and tables.
Template version name	Yes	Name for this version of the task template (for example “v1.0 Initial setup”). Every template change is a new version.
Instructions	Optional	Short guidance for annotators. See guidelines.
Reference link	Optional	URL to external guidelines. See guidelines.
Required annotations	Yes	How many independent annotations a task needs before it is ready for review. Default 1.
Average annotation time	Yes	Expected time to annotate one task. Used for ETA. Time picker (HH:MM:SS); minimum 30 seconds; default 2 minutes.

Required annotations. Set this to 2 if two different annotators must complete the task before it reaches a reviewer.
Average annotation time. Planning only, not a hard timer. BergFlow uses it for ETA on the projects list.

In Task template, pick a type:

Flipkart Q2P. Pre-built multi-image quality review with grading. Inputs and outputs are fixed.
Flipkart UGC. Pre-built UGC moderation (Approved/Rejected with reason). You can extend inputs and outputs.
Custom (define your own). Blank slate. You define every input and output column.

The editor then expands (image host, CSV settings, columns). Column details are on task template.

Image host toggle, under task type:

Off (default). Batches are CSV/Excel only. Image columns must be URLs to externally hosted images.
On. Each batch also needs a ZIP of images. BergFlow stores the ZIP, extracts it, and matches files using an image_name column in the CSV.

Turning it on shows a banner: the template must include at least one input of type image_name.
