All tasks
The All tasks tab in a project (and Tasks in the sidebar for annotators) lists every task. Filter by batch, status, assigned user, and priority. Managers can assign tasks to annotators or reviewers here.

Annotate a task
video-annotateCDN URL TBD
Annotators open a project and BergFlow pops the next available task.
Three regions:
- Header. Task ID, batch, project, instructions / reference links, Skip and Submit.
- Media viewer (left). Images, audio, and video in dedicated viewers. Content groups each get a tabbed viewer.
- Annotation panel (right). Form from the project’s output columns (text, dropdown, checklist, cascading select, and so on). Required fields are marked *.

Submit records the task and loads the next one in the queue.
Skip
If a task is unusable (corrupt data, too ambiguous), Skip in the header. A dialog asks for a skip comment.

Managers use the Skipped tasks tab to see who skipped and why, re-open a task into the queue, or bulk-select skipped tasks.
Review

Reviewers get a review queue. The UI matches annotation plus a Review decision panel: Accept, Reject, or Request changes, with an optional comment. Reviewer annotation history shows who annotated, when, and what they entered.

Quality check (QC / L3)
video-qcCDN URL TBD
QC is the last human check. Managers or QC auditors verify L1 annotator and L2 reviewer decisions.
Open Batches, then QC batch on the active row. Same three-panel layout, with an audit panel on the right:
- Review decision history. L1 annotator, L2 reviewer, actions, timestamps, comments.
- Accept decision. Locks the task as approved and loads the next QC task.
- Reject decision. Opens Reject & re-annotate. Pick correct outputs, give a mandatory reason, then Submit new decision to send the task back to the annotator queue.
