# Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen after you log in. What you see depends on your [role](/getting-started/roles).

- **Managers / admins** see organisation-wide stats: projects, batches, tasks in progress vs completed, throughput, team utilisation.
- **Annotators** see a personal queue: tasks completed, time spent, accuracy, pending tasks.
- **Reviewers** see review-focused numbers: pending reviews, accept/reject ratios.

A **date range picker** at the top scopes the metrics to a period.
